Officers
The Board of Directors decide policy through a formal show of hands and exercise oversight of the Officer positions (see Head Ass-Kickers Below). Any executive decision can be overridden by a majority vote of the board members at the next board meeting. The Board may also create and abolish staff positions; help, organize and participate in fundraising activities; and represent the policy of Ad Club to the community, to ensure it maintains its kick-ass standards.
