Client Services Manager
Our growing interactive agency, Atypic, in uptown Charlotte is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager. If you are a problem solver and web technology enthusiast with a love for marketing, we'd love to hear from you. As a Client Services Manager for Atypic you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, generating interactive/digital marketing plans, inspiring new ideas, but will also work alongside our in-house designers and developers to quickly execute on these ideas to produce the best work in the industry.
We are a small team of creative problem solvers who work with a variety of brands both regionally and nationally. Our day-to-day tasks include branding, graphic design, interactive design/development, user interface design, SEO, and social media. We have a laid-back environment where we work hard and play hard. Our team members are engaged in a collaborative effort to produce high quality work while enjoying a creative family atmosphere.

The appropriate individual for the Client Services Manager role would have experience in the following:
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers and marketers to help generate great ideas and then execute on them, all while making sure the end result matches the original vision and goals established
Create and direct the Interactive Marketing strategies and plans that drives traffic, revenue and builds brand awareness for our clients
Ensure proper marketing decisions and adjustments are made through ongoing marketing campaigns across various avenues
Prioritize open tasks involved with multiple ongoing projects to ensure that deadlines are met for each
Actively manage ongoing campaigns to meet internal and client profitability goals
High client interaction - manage internal and external client expectations
Responding to client requests and questions in a timely manner
Be analytical and numbers driven; you should be competent at tracking ROI, defining and discussing conversion metrics, analyzing complex campaign data as well as clearly communicating results and next steps back to the client.
Lead client meetings, including presentation of new creative work, timelines, strategic POVs and analytical reports
Lead team brainstorm and strategy sessions
Implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients and the internal team
Manages customer relationships and delivers periodic performance as well as project updates
Create, manage and execute content strategies based on campaign calendars and deadlines
Skills To Pay The Bills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with public speaking
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives
Experience working within and training users on Content Management Systems
Strong with web-based application project management and QA Testing
Familiarity with online SEO, its best practices, related resources & tools, blogs, forums and professional organizations
Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years experience working in digital marketing
Google Analytics Certification is preferred but not required
