Inside / Outside Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will be responsible devising and implementing sales strategies for achieving sales goals (Individual revenue and product goals). New business development in the categories of classified advertising and other categories as assigned. Grow incremental revenue in categories listed with aggressive outbound calling. Handle the needs of an existing account base including processing ads, resolving credit issues, tearsheets and other customer requests. Administrative duties including filing and documentation related to church advertising. Report activities to manager. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Must have the ability to persuade and present information in a compelling and professional manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and have an aptitude in math. Type 45 wpm. Must be focused on new business development, customer service, and work well with the general public and under deadline pressure. Must be self-motivated, sales orientated, detail oriented and a team player.
