Real Estate Sales Representative
The Charlotte Observer is seeking a Sales Representative that will focus on consultative selling to real estate agents, property management and rental companies. Prospect for new business accounts. Meet Revenue and other goals. Build and handle the needs of an account base, including processing ads, resolving credit issues and other customer request.
Requirements: Aggressive, goal-oriented individual with effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), strong conceptual and analytical skills, and cold calling. Must have a 2+ year’s successful track record in sales and / or advertising. The candidate must be motivated, customer-focused, flexible and organized. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must work well under deadline pressure. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with access to a dependable vehicle.
