Web Designer / Technical Web Support Specialist

Yodle, a leading provider local search advertising and online lead generation services for small businesses continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire a Web Designer technical web support specialist. Based out of our Charlotte office you will use your excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills to ensure the success of our clients using our products.

Overview:
As our ideal candidate, you are interested in working in a fast paced environment. You will serve as a critical liaison between the Sales and Operations departments. You will utilize a combination of technical skills and will be responsible to set up new customers in a fast yet quality manner. You will take the initiative to problem solve, trouble shoot, as well as interact with key departments, and juggle different projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
• Setup new client websites (5-20 pages)
• Modify and Maintain existing client websites
• Creation of online advertising accounts on Google, Yahoo other search engines
• Performing back end technical configuration including database changes, web server configuration
and other IT processes on Natpal’s platform.
• Complete projects within set timelines and document projects details

Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Photoshop.
• Great organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think creatively about process and system improvements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Flash and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
