Kinetic Channel Marketing is looking for a rock star!
We are ready to hire an Account Supervisor who can set the world on fire. We are looking for someone who has the desire to dig in and learn our business, dig in and learn our clients' business and do what it takes to manage and grow one of our largest Fortune 500 accounts in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will also have the ability and desire to acquire other accounts for the agency. The sky is the limit regarding the opportunity for growth.
We are looking for an individual who has the intelligence and detail orientation to manage multiple projects at all levels, coupled with the ability to develop strategies and lead the creative direction of their accounts. Part strategist, part writer, part creative director, part project manager--these are the qualities that this unique individual will possess. Blood, sweat and tears will be rewarded. So will being strategic, self-driven, creative, tenacious and customer driven.
The perfect candidate will have at least 5 years of successful agency experience managing accounts.
Kinetic Channel Marketing works solely with clients that sell their products through a dealer channel. We build programs that increase dealer effectiveness, drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Some of the strategic solutions that we develop for our clients include sales and product training, sales incentive programs, reward and recognition programs, product launch training and events, competitive comparison materials and events, dealer communications (such as print collateral, videos, micro-sites, iPad apps, etc.), research/mystery shopping, owner loyalty programs and lead generation.
