In this spirit, AAF Charlotte is proud to support the Mosaic Awards. These awards were developed by AAF to recognize companies and agencies whose commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through their creative work and organizational initiatives.

Each year the AAF Charlotte supports this initiative by identifying and partnering with local companies and agencies to submit their entry to the Mosaic Awards.

Past recipients have embraced advanced marketing techniques and business practices and have developed diversity programs that not only help improve the bottom line, but also secure a relevant role in a continuously evolving corporate environment.
